Selection and Hiring Process in a Chosen Organization

Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem výběru a získávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem této práce je vytvoření návrhů, které přispějí k urychlení, zjednodušení a zefektivnění procesu výběru a získávání ve vybrané organizaci Policie České republiky, Krajského ředitelství policie Libereckého kraje. Práce představuje teoretická východiska v procesu získávání, výběru a přijímání a zdůrazňuje specifika těchto procesů u Policie ČR. Na základě analýzy současného nastavení procesů jsou v práci popsány jednotlivé návrhy, doplněné o ekonomické zhodnocení. V závěru práce je souhrnné ekonomické zhodnocení při aplikaci všech návrhů.The diploma thesis deals with the process of selecting and attracting employees in a selected organization. The aim of this work is to create proposals that will contribute to speeding up, simplifying and streamlining the selecting and attracting process in a selected organization of the Police of the Czech Republic, the Regional Police Directorate of the Liberec Region. The thesis presents the theoretical basis in the process of attracting, selection and hiring and emphasizes the specifics of these processes in the Czech Police. Based on the analysis of the current process settings, the work describes individual proposals, supplemented by economic evaluation. At the end of the work is a comprehensive economic evaluation in the application of all proposals
