Methodology of testing selected metrological properties of thermoanemometric milk flow indicators with the use of the microprocessor technique

Praca przedstawia metodykę badań wybranych własności metrologicznych termistorów stosowanych w ćwiartkowym aparacie udojowym jako termoanemometryczne indykatory wypływu mleka. Obiektem badań są termistory NTC 110, montowane w kubkach udojowych i eksploatowane na stanowisku udojowym w oborze mlecznej. Do badań laboratoryjnych wykorzystywane jest zaprojektowane i zbudowane w Instytucie Inżynierii Rolniczej Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczego w Poznaniu stanowisko pomiarowe współpracujące z mikroprocesorowymi przyrządami pomiarowo-rejestrującymi. Wyniki badań pozwolą na prawidłowe programowanie pracy mikroprocesorowego pulsatora ćwiartkowego w czasie dojów krów.The work presents methodology of testing selected metrological properties of thermistors used in quarter milking machine as thermoanemometric milk flow indicators. The NTC 110 thermistors installed in milking shells and used in milking parlours are the subject of the study. A measurement site, cooperating with microprocessor measuring and registering devices, designed and built in the Institute of Agricultural Engineering at the Poznań University of Life Sciences is being used for laboratory investigations.
