Comparison of the Calculated and Experimental Data of the Mode of Deformation of Turbine Elements K-200-130

Результаты расчетной оценки теплового и напряженно-деформированного состояния высокотемпературных элементов паровой турбины мощностью 200 МВт, проведенные по разработанному комплексному подходу с учетом ремонтно-восстановительных выборок в металле роторов, корпусов, корпусов клапанов ЦВД и ЦСД, были сопоставлены с данными экспериментальных и расчетных исследований других авторов. Расхождение по температуре для роторов не превышает (1–5) %, а по напряжённо-деформированному состоянию не превышает (2–8) %. Для корпусов и корпусов стопорных клапанов ЦВД и ЦСД напряженно-деформированное состояние совпадает с экспериментальными исследованиями других авторов, что подтверждает возможность использования предложенного комплексного подхода.The data of the calculated estimate of the thermal state and the mode of the deformation of the high-temperature elements of the steam turbine of 200 MW that were obtained using the developed integrated approach taking into consideration the elimination of the defects in the metal of rotors, housings, and valve bodies of HPC and IPC during the repair and restoration were compared to the data of experimental and calculated studies done by other authors. The difference in temperature for the rotors exceeds no 1 % to 5 % and with regard to the mode of deformation it is in the range of 2 to 8 %. For the housings and stop valve bodies of HPC and IPC the data on the mode of deformation coincide with those of experimental research done by other authors; this allows for the use of the proposed integrated approach
