O ACESSO À JUSTIÇA COMO FATOR DE DESENVOLVIMENTO PARA GOIÁS ENTRE 2009 A 2017

The focus of the analysis highlights the importance of the multidimensional development process, public policies and actions implemented in the Brazilian judiciary, as a counterpoint to reflection, a link, a link between justice and development in Brazil and the state of Goiás. research on the relevance of actions to the social, to the people, to the favoring of opportunities, the practice of citizenship, resulting from public policies in the Judiciary, even more for social, economic and human development, especially in the life of people and region. As a result, we seek to investigate how some indicators of justice: IPM, IPS, TC and IAD in the scope of the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás contribute to the promotion of improved access to justice, citizenship, dignity of people and development of the state . To answer this question, the project sought to raise the following topics: characterization of judicial structures, size, degrees, management indicators and productivity; Finally, in order to subsidize the question to be answered, the productivity and comparative efficiency index of the state justice system (IPC-Jus) was analyzed for TJGO in relation to other states. In the research, the deductive method was adopted, since it was based on the historical-empirical, that is, from the general to the particular, the research methodology fits as bibliographic, exploratory, explanatory with a descriptive approach. The theoretical basis investigated scientific articles, reports, dissertations, books - exploratory for gathering information about the National Judicial Branch and the TJGO and explanatory explanation for explaining, using indicators with different characteristics, using comparative and quantitative evaluation with respect to the data calculated, while establishing a relationship between the phenomena of the population and the judiciary with the variables studied. It was concluded, therefore, that the high productivity and efficacy obtained through public judicial policies in the period from 2009 to 2017 is a strong indicator of the contribution of justice to the development of the state of Goiás, mainly because it provides improvements of greater access to justice, well-being and dignity to people.Esta pesquisa aborda o tema “A justiça como fator de desenvolvimento para Goiás, entre 2009 e 2017”, cujo período mostra-se importante por trazer informações relevantes da pós-reforma do judiciário, ocorrida em 2004 até os dias atuais, mas também, por permitir visualizar o comportamento dos indicadores abarcados por um período maior de tempo. O ponto central das análises destaca a importância do processo de desenvolvimento multidimensional, as políticas públicas e ações implantadas no judiciário brasileiro, como contraponto a reflexão, uma ligação, um elo, entre a justiça e o desenvolvimento no Brasil e no estado de Goiás. A investigação segue avançando com proposições sobre a relevância das ações ao social, às pessoas, ao favorecimento de oportunidades, a prática da cidadania, decorrente de políticas públicas no Poder Judiciário, ainda mais para o desenvolvimento social, econômico e humano, sobretudo, na vida das pessoas e região. Em função disso, busca-se investigar como alguns indicadores de justiça: IPM, IPS, TC e IAD no âmbito do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Goiás contribuem à promoção da melhoria no acesso à Justiça, cidadania, dignidade das pessoas e desenvolvimento do estado. Para responder a esse questionamento, o projeto buscou levantar os seguintes tópicos: caracterização das estruturas judiciárias, porte, graus, indicadores de gestão e produtividade; e, por fim, para subsidiar a questão a ser respondida, analisou-se o índice de produtividade e eficiência comparada da justiça estadual (IPC-Jus) para o TJGO, com relação a outros estados. Na pesquisa, adotou-se o método dedutivo, pois partiu-se do históricoempírico, ou seja, do geral para o particular, a metodologia de pesquisa enquadra-se como bibliográfica, exploratória, explicativa com abordagem descritiva. A fundamentação teórica investigou artigos científicos, relatórios, dissertações, livros - exploratória por levantar informação sobre o Poder judiciário Nacional e do TJGO e explicativa por explicar, a partir de indicadores com características distintas, utilizando-se de avaliação comparativa e quantitativa com relação aos dados apurados, enquanto, estabelecia relação entre os fenômenos da população e do judiciário com as variáveis estudadas. Concluiu-se, portanto, que a alta produtividade e eficácia obtida por intermédio de políticas públicas judiciais no período de (2009 a 2017) é um forte indicativo da contribuição da justiça para o desenvolvimento do estado de Goiás, sobretudo, por proporcionar melhorias de maior acesso à justiça, bem-estar e dignidade às pessoas
