Meninjau perkembangan perda syariah di Indonesia

One of public policy in region is the occurance of local regulation. The local regulation caused by the consideration of needs that region itself. Now this local regulation becomes hot issue to be discussed and analize. The local regulation that need to be analize is those regulation related to syariah which already retified in constituon in some regions. There are at least 22 regions that implement the local regulation which regulate morality problem and syariah practice in all areas of life. Considering the occurance of this regulation, the phenomenon happened is almost similar in those regions, that is the appeal to protect public importance in the name of collective morality by applying syariah as operational instruments
