Recruitment, Selection and Hiring of Employees in a Selected Company

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je proces získávání, výběru a přijímání pracovníků ve společnosti Kaufland. Hlavním cílem je proces analyzovat a určit návrhy na jeho vylepšení. V první části práce jsou popsána teoretická východiska získávání, výběru a přijímání pracovníků a následně je proces prozkoumán s využitím podnikových dokumentů, rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření. V závěru bakalářské práce je proces zhodnocen a jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení na jeho vylepšení.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the process of recruitment, selection and hiring of employees in a company Kaufland. The main aim is to analyze the process and to define suggestions for improvement. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical basis of recruitment, selection and hiring of employees and then the process is examined using corporate documents, interviews and questionnaire survey.
