Fourteen year old Rosemary Bell from Hamilton County, Indiana, placed first at the 1930 State Fair in the Cotton School Dress section of the 4-H Club exhibit. Her dress represented the State at the National 4-H exhibit at the Boys and Girls Club Congress in December at Chicago. Miss Bell was also selected as one of the Hoosier Trip winners to the National Congress
