This final paper is focused on finding out how being a mother affects working as a teacher and vice versa. The thesis revolves around the question: Does the role of a mother have some influence on being a teacher? Another focus of this paper is the satisfaction of women in teaching positions and a variety of other aspects of teaching professionally. This paper also demonstrates the advantages and disadvantages of teaching and a woman's satisfaction of the career they have chosen. The methods employed in this paper are interviews of four teachers whom are also mothers of grammar school students.
