Maģistra darba mērķis ir, analizējot tiesu praksi un zinātnisko literatūru, par noziegumiem, kas saistīti ar mantas iznīcināšanu un bojāšanu, apzināt tiesiskā regulējuma problēmas, kas rada neskaidrības šo noziegumu pareizā kvalificēšanā, lai ieteiktu to risinājumu. Darba autore izvēlējās rakstīt maģistra darbu par mantas iznīcināšanu un bojāšanu, jo tiesu praksē pastāv būtiskas atšķirības par to, kas skaitās mantas bojāšana un iznīcināšana, proti kāda ir pareiza kvalifikācija. Maģistra darbā tika konstatētas būtiskas atšķirības tiesu praksē par noziedzīgiem nodarījumiem, kas saistīti ar mantas iznīcināšanu un bojāšanu, aprakstot noziedzīgā nodarījuma sastāva pazīmes, tādēļ nobeigumā izdarīti secinājumi un priekšlikumi atbilstoši darba mērķim. Maģistra darbā ir 72 lapas.The topic of the Master's thesis is "Criminal characterization of destruction of and damage to property". The aim of the Master's thesis is to identify the problems of legal regulation, which create uncertainties in the correct qualification of these crimes, by analyzing court practice and scientific literature on crimes related to destruction of and damage to property, in order to recommend their solution. The author chose to write Master's thesis on the destruction of and damage to property, because in court practice there are significant differences in what counts as damage and destruction of property, namely, what is the correct qualification. In the Master's thesis, significant differences in court practice on criminal offenses related to the destruction of and damage to property were identified, when describing the constituent elements of a criminal offence, therefore, conclusions and proposals were made in accordance with the aim of the work.
