The article is devoted to the study of the legal status of the State Construction Control Bureau and its development, thus concluding the importance and necessity of the State Construction Control Bureau. The results of the State Construction Control Bureau work in relatively short period, which provide an opportunity to conclude on the role of this state institution, but also evaluate the exiting construction work control system in the country.
