Diseño de un modelo de gestión administrativa y financiera para las PYMES (pequeñas y medianas empresas), del sector transporte modalidad taxis ubicadas en la provincia de Cotopaxi, periodo enerodiciembre del 2012

The present investigation is given by the necessity to incorporate at Taxis Transport small business, Located in Cotopaxi Province, An Administrative and Financial Management Pattern in order to improve the profitability because present administrative necessities. The purpose of this investigation is to have an administrative and financial tool in order to contribute the administrative and financial work of this companies. The administrative area will be increase in the corporative values; the administrative process and organization structure join with a function delimitation the financial part will contribute with the costs and egress structuration, financial analysis with the main indicators. This investigation consist in: to Design an Administrative and Financial Management Pattern witch will permit to improve the administrative and financial process guided to the efficient making decisions in order to increase the services and profitability through key strategies presented a large and a short plazo. The utility of this work will be very important by the directors and members of the different responsibilities in the Transport taxis modality in Cotopaxi Province.La presente investigación nace de la necesidad de incorporar a las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas del Sector Transporte modalidad Taxis domiciliadas en la Provincia de Cotopaxi, un Modelo de Gestión Administrativa y Financiera para mejorar la rentabilidad, ya que presentan necesidades de orden administrativo y financiero. El propósito de esta investigación fue dotar una herramienta de tipo organizacional para dinamizar el trabajo en las diferentes áreas de estas empresas. La parte administrativa se vio fortalecida con los valores corporativos, el proceso administrativo y estructura organizacional, acompañada de una delimitación de funciones y con los principales indicadores. La presente investigación consistió en: Diseñar un Modelo de Gestión Administrativa y Financiera el mismo que permitió mejorar el proceso administrativo y financiero orientando a la eficiente toma de decisiones para el mejoramiento de los servicios y el aumento de la rentabilidad mediante estrategias claves planteadas a corto y largo plazo. La utilidad del presente trabajo de investigación fue un aporte muy valioso para directivos y socios de las diferentes operadoras de transporte modalidad taxis en la Provincia de Cotopaxi, estudiantes, investigadores y microempresarios, entre otros
