Employee Recruitment and Selection

Bakalářská práce se zabývá získáváním a výběrem zaměstnanců v organizaci. Cílem práce je prozkoumat proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě, posoudit stávající situaci, porovnat ji s předchozími lety a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve firmě. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se opírá o odbornou literaturu a vymezuje proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Praktická část představuje vybranou firmu, analyzuje její proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců, vyhodnocuje rozhovory s personalistou a zaměstnanci a uvádí návrhy na zlepšení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců.The bachelor thesis deals with the recruitment and selection of employees in the organization. Bachelor thesis consist of two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on literature and defines the process of recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part introduces selected organization a characterizes recruitment and selection of employees in the organization. Practical part is also supported by internal materials of the organization, interviews with personnel officer and with employees of the organization. The target of this thesis is to analyse process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company, assess the current state and compare it with previous years. The result of this bachelor thesis are suggested recommendations and improvement
