Accounting and control functions in the system of management of payments with the personnel of the enterprise (on the example of PJSC «Pivnichtrans»)

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти обліку, контролю та аналізу розрахунків з персоналом, особливості обліку розрахунків з персоналом у ПАТ «Північтранс» та напрями вдосконалення, методика перевірки та шляхи підвищення ефективності внутрішнього контролю розрахунків з персоналом на підприємстві. Проаналізовано фінансові результати діяльності ПАТ «Північтранс» та динаміку фонду оплати праці за 2016-2018 роки. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення: обліку розрахунків з персоналом у ПАТ «Північтранс», зокрема, системи документального обліку - розроблено графік документообігу, впроваджено розрахунковий лист з метою інформування персоналу про загальну суму нарахованих коштів із розшифровкою за видами виплат, аналітичного обліку структури персоналу; організації внутрішнього контролю шляхом впровадження системи GPS моніторингу обліку робочого часу та відпочинку водіїв; оптимізацію використання фонду оплати праці із застосуванням економіко-математичних методів.The qualification work of the master consists of three sections. The object of the study is the process of providing information about financial and economic operations with settlements with the personnel of the enterprise. The paper discusses the theoretical aspects of accounting, control and analysis of settlements with personnel, especially accounting of settlements with personnel in PJSC «Pivnichtrans» and areas of improvement, verification methods and ways to improve the efficiency of internal control of settlements with personnel at the enterprise. The financial results of PJSC «Pivnichtrans» and the dynamics of the remuneration Fund for 2016-2018 are analyzed. The directions of improvement of accounting of calculations with the personnel of PJSC «Pivnichtrans», in particular, systems documentation - developed by the document flow schedule, implemented the pay sheet to inform staff about the total amount of accrued funds with a breakdown by types of payments, analytical accounting structure of the staff; organization of internal control by introducing a system of GPS monitoring, recording working time and rest of drivers; optimizing the use of payroll with use of economic-mathematical methods
