Job satisfaction

The aim of this work was to focus on the factors that influence job satisfaction at the District Court in the Český Krumlov, determine the current status of overall job satisfaction, and in the case of dissatisfaction propose solutions to improve the situation. To determine the status of the job satisfaction, a questionnaire has been designed. It has been found that the greatest effect on job satisfaction has the reward system. The employees are, however, dissatisfied with it. Nevertheless the employees of the organization are rather satisfied
