ERP et visions métiers conflictuelles : cas d'une entreprise en mutation

This paper is based upon the case study of a big company engaging into a business process organization thanks to an ERP. The authors make use of Bernard, Rivard & Aubert (2004) analysis framework to explain troubles observed four years later the implementation. The authors bring further understanding by making clear the existence of a adversarial relationships between three antagonistic perceptions of what the core of the enterprise business is.L'article s'appuie sur le cas d'une grande entreprise s'engageant dans une démarche de réorganisation interne par processus via un ERP. Nous mobilisons d'abord la grille d'analyse de Bernard, Rivard et Aubert (2004) pour expliquer les dysfonctionnements observés quatre ans après l'implantation de l'ERP. Ensuite, nous complétons cette analyse en établissant l'existence d'une relation conflictuelle entre trois visions divergentes du coeur de métier de l'entreprise
