Сьогодні шлюбно-сімейні правовідносини є водночас явищем соціально-узагальненим і особисто-конкретним. Вони піддаються дуже складному й суттєвому впливову правових і моральних принципів, зокрема й нетрадиційних моделей соціальної поведінки, етичних норм, законів. «Сімейне право України: актуальні проблеми теорії та практики» перебуває на межі інших дисциплін, і теми методичних вказівок відображають численні галузі, що впливають на галузь сімейного права. Розглянуто складні питання правової доктрини та політики. Використано проблемний підхід у розкритті всіх питань, крім загальних джерел судової практики. Проблемні питання створюють ідеальний механізм для того, щоб студенти отримали можливість застосувати правові норми до конкретних ситуацій. Attention is focused on the fact that today marriage-family legal relations at the same time, they are socially-generalized and personally-specific. They are experiencing on them a very difficult and significant impact of legal and moral norms, including non-traditional models of social behavior, ethics, laws. «Family Law of Ukraine: actual problems of theory and practice» is an interdisciplinary area, and the materials in this work reflect the numerous disciplines influencing this field of law. Notes do more than call attention to difficult questions of legal doctrine and policy; they illuminate them. The authors use a problem approach throughout, in addition to comprehensive case law sources.
