This diploma thesis describes the determinants of bid prices for apartments in 17 district towns of the Czech Republic based on 1222 observations from February and March 2018. To achieve the resulting coefficients, multiple regression based on a metod of hedonic price was used. A total of 18 determinants have been included in the final model, which appear to be variable in the model.
