Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the recruitment process analysis with regard to traditional and modern methods and is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated to the process of filling vacancies and represents two crucial personnel activities – recruitment and selection of employees in the form of compilation of expert resources and previous experience of the author. The practical part is based on theoretical findings; it analyses and compares the application of techniques and applied methods in the recruitment and employee selection process from the perspective of a representative personnel agency, international production company and respondents as potential employees.
