The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the efficiency and effectiveness of certain search and recruitment methods via an external human resource supplier. Through the comparison of these methods, I want to find out which method is most suitable for finding and acquiring human resources for different types and levels of positions. First, I statistically evaluate dozens of business cases, and these partial results will be the starting point for further research on which search methods will be applied and evaluated.
