Methods of search and recruitment of Employees via an external provider of human resources

The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the efficiency and effectiveness of certain search and recruitment methods via an external human resource supplier. Through the comparison of these methods, I want to find out which method is most suitable for finding and acquiring human resources for different types and levels of positions. First, I statistically evaluate dozens of business cases, and these partial results will be the starting point for further research on which search methods will be applied and evaluated. This will also result in confirmation or refutation of the suitability of their application for a particular type of position.Cílem diplomové práce je porovnat účelnost a účinnost jednotlivých metod vyhledávání a získávání zaměstnanců prostřednictvím externího dodavatele lidských zdrojů. Po-mocí komparace jednotlivých metod chci ve své práci zjistit, která metoda je nejvhodnější pro vyhledání a získání lidských zdrojů na odlišné typy a úrovně pozic. Nejdříve statisticky vyhodnotím desítky obchodních případů a tyto dílčí výsledky pak budou východiskem pro další výzkum, na kterém budou aplikovány a zhodnoceny zkoumané metody vyhledávání. To zároveň povede k potvrzení nebo vyvrácení vhodnosti jejich aplikace pro určitý typ pozice
