Analysis of Project Roles in the Bank-insurance Sector of Market in the Czech Republic

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu projektového řízení a projektových rolí v banko-pojišťovacím sektoru České republiky. V první části jsou popsány metodiky používané v pěti velkých finančních institucích působících v České republice. Jsou zde rozebrány vlastní metodiky projektového řízení včetně výhod a nevýhod používání vlastních metodik a důvodů pro jejich vývoj. Druhá část práce se podrobněji věnuje testování, jakožto nezbytné součásti projektového řízení a testovacím rolím z toho vyplývajícím. Ve třetí části se věnuji srovnání jak projektového řízení, tak hlavně projektových rolí používaných ve finančních institucích reálně s projektovými rolemi popsanými v metodikách projektového řízení, které tyto instituce používají. Cílem této práce je přinést ucelený pohled na problematiku projektového řízení a projektových rolí ve specifickém prostředí finančních institucí.This thesis focuses on the analysis of project management and project roles in the bank-insurance sector of market in the Czech Republic. The first section describes the methodology used in five major financial institutions operating in the Czech Republic. There is also analyzed their own project management methodology including the advantages and disadvantages of using their own methodologies and the reasons for their development. The second passage is devoted to testing as an essential part of project management and related testing roles. The third part deals with the comparison of project management and project roles mainly used in financial institutions in real with project roles described in the methodologies of project management that these institutions use. The aim of this work is to provide a comprehensive perspective on project management and project roles in the specific environment of financial institutions
