Aim of the work: to investigate the composition and quality of organic milk in Lithuanian Black and White Cows. The research was done in one of the Lithuanian Black-and-White dairy cow farms. The study was conducted in 2019 during the barn (February) and pasture (June) periods. A total of 40 clinically healthy cows were selected for the study. The cows were divided into four lactation groups (first, second, third and fourth) and into two groups by seasons (barn and grazing). It was found that during the barn period there was 1.83% (p< 0.05) more milk fat content in the cow milk than in the grazing period.
