Promotion of cooperation skills of primary school children in the pedagogical process

Darba autors: Oļesja Ostrovska. Bakalaura darba temats: „Sākumskolas vecuma bērnu sadarbības prasmju veicināšana pedagoģiskajā procesā”. Darba mērķis: teorētiski un empīriski pētīt spēlu un rotaļu izmantošanas iespējas pedagoģiskajā procesā ar nolūku sekmēt sākumskolas bērnu sadarbības prasmes. Darbs sastāv no 2 daļām – teorētiskās un empīriskās. Teorētiskajā daļā, analizējot D.Dzinteres, G.Svences un citu latviešu un ārzemju psihologu un pedagogu darbus, izpētīts sadarbības jēdziens un tā nozīme mācību procesā. Bakalaura darbā raksturots sākumskolas vecuma bērna attīstības posms, kā arī izvērtētas spēļu un rotaļu iespējas sākumskolas vecuma bērnu sadarbības prasmju veicināšanai. Darba empīriskajā daļā veikta pedagogu anketēšana un skolēnu empīriskā novērošana ar mērķi novērtēt viņu sadarbības prasmju attīstības līmeni, aprobētas spēles un rotaļas sākumskolas vecuma bernu sadarbības prasmju veicināšanai, kā arī veikta pētījuma gaitā iegūto datu apstrāde un analīze. Rezultātu analīze ļauj izsekot sadarbības prasmju attīstības līmeņa dinamiku: salīdzinot datus, kas bija iegūti pētījuma sākumā un beigās, var secināt, ka tas ir paaugstinājies. Pedagoģiskā darba rezultāti liecina, ka sākumskolas vecuma bērnu sadarbības prasmju veicināšana pedagoģiskajā procesā tiks sekmēta, ja skolotājs pedagoģiskajā procesā izmantos dažādus paņēmienus, tajā skaitā skolēnu interesēm atbilstošas spēles un rotaļas. The thesis of Bachelor work is „Promotion of Collaborative Skills of Primary School Children in the Pedagogical Process”. The aim of the work is to study theoretically and empirically the possibilities of using games and toys in the pedagogical process with the aim to promote the cooperation skills of primary school children. The work consists of 2 parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, analyzing the work of D.Dzintere, G.Svence and other Latvian and foreign psychologists and pedagogues, the concept of cooperation and its significance in the study process is investigated. The bachelor thesis describes the developmental stage of a primary school child, as well as assesses the possibilities of games and play for the promotion of cooperation skills of primary school children. In the empirical part of the work, questionnaires of teachers and empirical observation of pupils were carried out with the aim to evaluate their level of cooperation skills, approbation games for the promotion of cooperation skills of primary school children, as well as data processing and analysis. The analysis of the results allows to observe the dynamics of the level of development of the cooperative skills: comparing the data obtained at the beginning and the end of the research, it can be concluded that it has increased. The results of the pedagogical work show that the cooperation of primary school children in the pedagogical process will be promoted if the teacher uses various techniques in the pedagogical process, including games that are in the interest of the pupils.
