Stres w pracy pielęgniarek jako czynnik ryzyka wypalenia zawodowego

Introduction. Studies conducted in Poland and the world show that the greatest exposure to burnout exists among medical staff and most concerns of nurses. Aim of the study. Assessment of exposure to stress and burnout of nurses working in a closed health care in the province of Podlaskie, depending on the job. Material and methods. The study was conducted in the last quarter of 2009 among 102 nurses working in a closed health care in the Podlaskie province. The research method was a diagnostic survey. All data obtained are analyzed statistically. Results. The study population 72.6% of nurses were exposed to stress in the workplace. Nurses of internal department most often had symptoms of the burnout syndrome (47.1% of nurses had emotional exhaustion, depersonalization — 20.6% and 70.7% had job satisfaction). Conclusions. In the studied population of nurses we found that high levels of stress affected the low level of burnout syndrome. However, the occurrence of stress depended on the respondents’ job. Z badań przeprowadzonych w Polsce i na świecie wynika, że największe zagrożenie wypaleniem zawodowym występuje wśród personelu medycznego i dotyczy najczęściej pielęgniarek. Cel pracy. Celem pracy była ocena narażenia na stres i wypalenie zawodowe pielęgniarek pracujących w stacjonarnej opiece medycznej na terenie województwa podlaskiego w zależności od miejsca pracy. Materiał i metody. Badania przeprowadzono w ostatnim kwartale 2009 roku wśród 102 pielęgniarek pracujących w stacjonarnej opiece medycznej na terenie województwa podlaskiego. Metodą badawczą był sondaż diagnostyczny. Wszystkie uzyskane dane poddano analizie statystycznej. Wyniki. W badanej populacji 72,6% pielęgniarek było narażonych na stres w miejscu pracy. Wypalenie zawodowe we wszystkich wymiarach najbardziej odczuwały pielęgniarki oddziału internistycznego (wyczerpanie emocjonalne — 47,1%, depersonalizacja — 20,6%, satysfakcja zawodowa — 70,7%). Wnioski. W badanej populacji pielęgniarek stwierdzono, że wysoki poziom stresu wpływał na niski poziom wypalenia zawodowego, natomiast występowanie stresu zależało od miejsca pracy badanych. >Problemy Pielęgniarstwa 2011; 19 (3): 307–31
