Jason Klein, 23, who operates Mr. Bungles\u27 Ice Cream truck, will no longer be able to sell his goods in Cumberland. The Cumberland Planning Board, while considering whether to allow another vendor to operate a hot dog cart on Stone Pier on Chebeague Island, decided that since the town does not have an ordinance governing vendors it has the authority to prohibit them. Town Clerk Klara Norton has denied Klein a victualers\u27 license. Details
