The Germans employed prisoners with special skills to support camp operations. Russian POW\u27s work on a number of projects inside the carpenter shop at Muensingen. They are building tables and cabinets with the various tools that are scattered around the workshop and on the walls. POW labor made prison camps self-supporting.https://scholarworks.wmich.edu/wwi_pow_camps/1521/thumbnail.jp
