Pengembangan Database Kependudukan Rw.09 Perumahan Sawangan Permai, Pasir Putih, Sawangan, Kota Depok Tahun 2015

Database development for RW. 09 residents in Sawangan Permai Housing, Pasir Putih, Sawangan, Depok City is a community service activity that aims to assist the administrators of Rukun Tetangga (neighborhood association/RT) and Rukun Warga (citizens association/RW) in completing, tidying, and filing citizen data into database (softcopy) so are easier to manage the data of its citizens and assist the government in providing Posyandu data, elderly citizens, general elections, and others. The database was compiled based on a portion of Family Card (KK) contents of RW.09 residents consisting of 11 RTs. The RT chair appointed a citizen as a data entry, while at the same time the community service team developed a database template using Microsoft Office Excel application programs. Data entry staffs directly entered the entry practice of several KKs that had been prepared beforehand and community service team divided team members to become data entry assistants for each RT. Data entry officers carry out their duties at their respective homes or places which are monitored by their assistants. Data entry is not targeted for completion at the time of community service activities, but can be continued later. Monitoring and evaluation of all RTs is carried out every 3 weeks, while monitoring each RT by each companion at any time. The final data entry results of 4 RTs reached 100%, 2 RTs reached 90%, 2 RTs reached 80%, 1 RT reached 50%, 1 RT reached 30%, and 1 RT reached 25%
