Mathematical model of system: model of mechanical accelerometer

Svaka ljudska dijelatnost sastoji od fizičkog i umnog rada čovjeka, pri tome fizički rad obuhvaća utrošak energije, te mora biti upravljan umnom aktivnošću, korisnim informacijama i savjetima. Do olakšanja ljudskog rada dolazi značajnijom primjenom strojeva s automatiziranim upravljanjem. Znanost koja obuhvaća sve mjere i procese kojima se smanjuje udio fizičkog rada čovjeka, opažanja i umnog odlučivanja naziva se automatizacija. Primjenom strojeva s automatiziranim upravljanjem raste kvaliteta rada, povećava i pojeftinjuje proizvodnja, te umanjuje fizički rad čovjeka. U procesu automatizacije povratna veza omogućuje nam usporedbu izmjerene vrijednosti veličine sa željenom vrijednosti, te se na temelju njihove razlike odlučuje kako regulirati odnosno voditi proces. Poznavanje procesa je osnovni zahtjev za njegovo uspješno vođenje. Proces koji je predmet vođenja opisuje se najčešće matematičkim modelom sustava. To je model koji daje matematički prikaz fizičkog ili informacijskog sustava, te uvid u njegovo ponašanje i omogućuje predviđanje njegova ponašanja u budućnosti. Matematičkim modelom sustava važno je prikazati matematičku vezu između ulaza i izlaza, odnosno uzroka i posljedice što je omogućeno upotrebom diferencijalnih jednadžbi. Jedan od načina rješavanja diferencijalnih jednadžbi je Laplaceova transformacija. To je operativna metoda koja povezuje vremenski i frekvencijski odziv i pomoću nje se problemi iz vremenskog područja prenose u područje kompleksne varijable. Uređaj koji se koristi za mjerenje ubrzanja naziva se akcelerometar. U opisanom primjeru mehanički akcelerometar iskorišten je za mjerenje ubrzanja raketnog sustava. The mathematical model of the system it is important to show a mathematical relationship between inputs and outputs, and cause and effect which occurs through the use of differential equations. One way of solving differential equations is the Laplace transform. This is a surgical procedure that connects the time and frequency response and using it to problems from the time domain transfers in the area of complex variable. Device used to measure the acceleration is called an accelerometer. In the example described mechanical accelerometer is used for measuring the acceleration of a rocket system.
