Import 21/10/2013Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem společnosti je získat a vybrat nejvhodnější zaměstnance. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních oddílů a to na oddíl teoretický a oddíl praktický. Teoretický oddíl je zpracován na základě odborné literatury. Praktická část vychází ze získaných informací v teoretické části a aplikací na vybranou společnost. Při zjištění případných nedostatků se pokusím navrhnout a doporučit společnosti možná zlepšení. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě teoretických poznatků popsat a zanalyzovat proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve zvolené společnosti.This thesis focuses on the issue of recruitment and selection of employees in the selected company. The company's goal is to obtain and select the best employees. The work is divided into two main sections, the first part is theoretical and the second one is practical. The theoretical section is processed on the basis of literature. The practical part is based on information obtained in the theoretical section and applied to the selected company. When I find out some insufficiencies I try to propose and recommend possible improvements to the company.
