У робіти розглядаються питання впливу техніки подачі МОР на технологічну ефективність круглого зовнішнього шліфування та визначається мінімальна витрата МОР що підводиться в зону обробки. Раціональний підбір і створення високоефективних МОР можливі тільки при глибокому вивченні механізму їх дії. Сьогодні стало очевидним, що для дослідження складних процесів, що протікають при обробці металевих заготовок в присутності МОР, слід використовувати методи фізичної хімії, теплофізики, металознавства, гідроаеродинаміки і ін. Необхідність обліку цих чинників перетворює розробку нових МОР і технології їх застосування в актуальну науково-технічну проблему, що вирішується на стику цілого ряду галузей сучасної науки вже не стільки на чисто емпіричному, скільки на теоретичному рівні.The article examines the impact of technology on the coolant technological efficiency and cylindrical grinding defined minimum flow rate of coolant supplied to the treatment zone.
