Management of forming normative professional identity of future medicines

В статті розглянуто деякі з можливих складових управління формуванням нормативної професійної ідентичності майбутніх медиків в умовах освітнього процесу навчального медичного закладу. З'ясовано місце, роль та педагогічні умови формування нормативної професійної ідентичності майбутніх медиків як важливого компоненту процесу професіоналізації майбутніх фахівців в умовах медичного навчального закладу. У статті обґрунтовано необхідність особистісного підходу до освітнього процесу як ключової парадигми формування професійної ідентичності майбутніх медиків. Стаття містить пропозиції щодо підвищення ефективності формування професійної ідентичності в системі медичної освіти через створення його чотирикомпонентної моделі, що визначає напрями створення організаційних та педагогічнихумов восвітньому процесі.In the article some of the possible components of management of the formation ofnormative professional identity of future physicians in the conditions of the educational process of the educational medical institution are considered. The place, role and pedagogical conditions of formation of normative professional identity of future physicians as an important component of the process of professionalization of future specialists in the conditions of a medical educational institution are determined. In addition, the article substantiates the need for a personal approach to the educational process as a key paradigm for the formation of the professional identity of future physicians. The article contains suggestions on increasing the effectiveness of forming a professional identity in the system of medical education through the creation of its four-component model, which defines the directions of creating organizational and pedagogical conditions in the educational process
