The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of a real business plan for the establishment of a sporting goods store in Velké Meziříčí. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the knowledge, about the business plan and business itself. In the analytical part of the thesis, a comprehensive analysis of the current situation is carried out, on the basis of which our own solutions are developed. At the end of the thesis, overall evaluations of the feasibility of the project are made
