Thrombin stimulates Rho-kinase-dependent phosphorylation of LIMK and cofilin phosphorylation in endothelial cells.

<p>Endothelial cells pre-incubated without or with Rho-kinase inhibitor Y27632 (20 µM; 45 minutes) were stimulated with thrombin (1 U/ml) for different periods of time. Endothelial cells were lysed in Laemmli buffer and subjected to immunoblotting. Blots were simultaneously incubated with anti-phospho-LIMK (p-LIMK), anti-phospho-cofilin (p-Cofilin) and anti-actin antibodies.
