<p>Mice were infected with 20±2 cercariae, Treatment with BSE-CD or placebo from week 7 until week 11. (A) Mice were killed, and liver tissues were fixed in formalin and stained with Masson trichrome or (B) anti-SMA antibody. Collagen deposition and the α-SMA positive areas were quantified as shown on the right hand panel, respectively.
