A Family of Hope

Danny Nhat Van An grew up in North Vietnam and later moved to Saigon in the South where he started his family. Danny fought for the South Vietnamese during the Vietnam War as a colonel for the air force. Hannah An is one of Danny’s daughters who was born in Saigon. She experienced the war as a young child and was forced to pack up and move to the United States.
