Report of the TAC Panel on Fisheries Research, part of the process of considering ICLARM for CGIAR support. The panel found that it had sufficient information without an additional visit to the center, and answered a series of questions posed by the TAC Chair to all seven comparable panels created as part of the TAC assessment of non associated centers.
