Design of the building and preparation of project documentation - Guesthouse in Kasperske Hory

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit projektovou dokumentaci pro stavební povolení zděného dvoupodlažního penzionu s využitým podkrovím. Pravá část objektu slouží jako recepce, jídelna pro hosty a mezonetový byt pro majitele penzionu. Levá část pak pro ubytování hostů a zaměstnanců. Práce se dále zabývá tepelným posouzením stěžejních konstrukcí,statickým výpočtem a posouzením částí krovu a návrhem zdravotně technických instalací. Výkresová část byla zhotovena v programech Autocad 2011. Pro výpočet namáhání konstrukce byl použit program Dlubal RFEM. Při výpočtech a posuzování se postupovalo podle platných norem ČSN EN.Katedra mechanikyObhájenoThe main goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a project documentation of two storey guesthouse with expoitable attic which would succeed in obtaining a building permit. Right wing of the building accommodates a reception, a guests dining room and an owners flat. Left wing is than intended for guests and staff accomodation. This thesis also brings calculations of thermal appraisal of crucial constructions, static calculations and appraisals of roof parts and sanitary instalations. Dlubal RFEM software was used for all the static calculations. The drawings were created with Autocad 2011 and Archicad 15. All the calculations and appraisals correspond to the valid ČSN EN standards
