In the research the assessment of the impact of sensors found in the milking unit during the process of machine cow milking on selected metrological properties of temperature sensors installed in a milking cluster has been done. The analyses have been made on the basis of the temperature curves of milk flow in cows ’ udder quarters obtained during the cowshed tests. In the research a microprocessor measuring system has been used. The system has been designed in the Institute of Biosystem Engineering at the University of Life Sciences in Poznan. The system is cooperating with thermistors installed in teat cups.
