Jack is a low-latency audio server, written for POSIX con-formant operating systems such as GNU/Linux. It can connect a number of different applications to an audio device, as well as allowing them to share audio between themselves. We present the port for Apple’s MacOS X, and new developments to take advantage of multi-processor architecture. 1
