The performance of in building distribution of ultra wideband signals is studied experimentally in a laboratory experiment. Analytical and simulation work is also reported confirming the experimental results. The analysis considers multiband-OFDM radio-over-fiber transmission in 300 m of standard single mode fiber and also in multimode fiber for the shake of comparison. Both optical transmission media exhibit an error vector magnitude limit of -14.5 dB as defined in ECMA-368
