Charakteristika netradičních druhů zeleniny z čeledi Cucurbitaceae a jejich využití

Bacheolor thesis was elaborated at the Department of Vegetable Growing and Floriculture in year 2015/2016.Thesis is focused on non-traditional types of vegetables from Cucurbitaceae family. In the literature part is described morphology,use and production technology. Furthermore thesis also dea lwith a vailability of seeds on the Czech and abroad markets. Practical section includes resaults for possible use. Percentageofuse for every species in food industry is calculated. There are also evaluated resaults from tasting, where at tention was paid to preferences of flavours due to different ways of preparation
