Využití procesního modelování v přípravě projektových žádostí fakulty

This thesis deals with issue of process management. The main theme of this work is the application of knowledge of process management in terms of project management office at Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies of Mendel University in Brno. The aim of this work is to propose a process model of preparation of project application forms with cost and time attributes. This model was created through a procedural modeling software tool Enterprise Architect version 12.0.1215 (Corporate Edition) by Sparx Systems. Gathering information about the analyzed process was conducted by interview with relevant staff of project management office. The result of the process analysis are designed process model and also suggestions and recommendations, which should have a positive impact on efficiency in the preparation of project application forms
