Postoje Čechov k neeurópskym imigrantom v súvislosti s osobnostnými charakteristikami

Bachelor Thesis, Brno: Mendel University, Faculty of Regio-nal Development and International Studies, 2016. Supervisor of Bachelor Thesis Ing. Mgr. Jiří Čeněk. This bachelor thesis is interested in attitudes of Czech residents toward non-european immigrants. I do focus on theory, that attitude is affected by personality traits. Theoretical part is based on knowledge from intercultural psychology and sociology. There are explained terms, which are connected with topic, for example: migration, minority, personality, prejudice. There is also interpreted five-factor model of personality, Big Five model. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis are used questionnaires based on czech versi-on of NEO five-factor inventory. Results are showing that humans are affected also by personality traits, not only by situational factors (dispositional attributes)
