Osobnostní a odborné kompetence manažera

The bachelor thesis deals with the personal and professional competencies of manager. Its aim is to analyse and compare the personality types of students studying at management specialized faculties of three different universities, using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. The theoretical part contains an overview of the theoretical knowledge of experts dealing with management, manager competencies, emotional intelligence and the personality of manager. The practical part deals with the use of knowledge of the theoretical part. These are used to prove and review the aims of this thesis. The conclusion summaries the results of the study including its limitations and recommendations for the future
