In this bachelor thesis I focused on internal parasites occurring in small ruminants, sheep and goats. Endoparasites are located in the internal organs of the host. In nowaday infections of parasitic origin represent a many problems that have a negative influence on the economics of livestock. The aim this thesis to process literature overview about current internal parasitosis digestive tract of sheep and goats, describe the basic biology and life cycles of helminths (trematodes, tapeworms, nematodes) and on the based of current knowledge about the occurrence of parasites, their sensitivity to therapeutics and their biology to process an overview of recommended procedures for diagnosis, prevention and therapy
