This paper is targeted on influence of various factors on biochemical blood parameters of horses, especially influence of housing management, physical aktivit, or stress. Its goal is to evaluace knowledge about blood content and use of biochemical indicators in horse dinase diagnostics. Also, brief chapter is dedicated to alternative pasture management, so called paddlock paradise. The second part of this work is experimental. The experiment took place on Tlumačov stud farm. There we took samples from 18 horses in period of 4 months. Results were established in laboratory and later evaluated by one-way ANOVA statistical method
