Bachelor thesis deals with the incidence, prevalence and spectrum of generic endoparasites in hare on the monitored area in the Czech Republic. In the introduction is given the characteristics hare, overview endoparasites focusing on those hosted by being the hare. The reference area was Mohelno serpentine steppe, located in the highlands region, whereas they faeces samples for analysis. Samples were collected in the period from January 1. 2014 - December 31. 2015. Faeces samples were analyzed and determined by the species spectrum of endoparasites, prevalence and intensity of infection. These values were compared with both our and foreign literature.
