Návrh zavedení systému managementu jakosti

The thesis deals with the proposal to introduce a quality management system. In the first part of the thesis is done a literature search in the field of quality management systems (QMS). In the second part is described possibility of implementation of QMS in company DIEFFENBACHER. In the third part is done SWOT analysis for company DIEFFENBACHER. There are defined strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Based on this analysis is elaborated a strategy. In the fourth part is described process of implementation of QMS. In the last part of the thesis is a feedback and overall efficiency of implementation of the entire QMS for company DIEFFENBACHER DCZ
