Možnosti zapojení zemědělského podniku do komoditní vertikály mléka

This thesis focuses on characteristic changes caused by expansion of agribusiness and some shaping specifics of Czech farms and business environment which were caused by the transformation processes and the Czech Republic's accession to the European Union. The thesis also describes the developement of milk commodity chain in the Czech Republic, discusses the farm status in it and also fundamental factors determining the success of primary production. Based on the results, the thesis also deals with the elimination of dependence of one specific farm on followup subjects. The main part of the thesis is a business plan of independent processing of farm milk production. The results show that independent processing of farm production is one of the suitable possibilities nowadays, how to keep the viability of small and medium sized farms
