The subject of the thesis Claims settlement of insurance claims, is to approach the procedures that insurance companies currently use claims management. Bachelor thesis is focused on a detailed procedure for claims settlement, analyzes each step of the insurer and the insured after the insured event after its completion in property insurance, describes the activity of insurance company liquidator and methods of communication with the client's insurance company. Overall analysis of the process of claims settlement is complemented by a model example of destruction of property damage.
