Charakteristika hospodaření ekologické farmy - přínosy a rizika konkrétního podnikatelského záměru

The topic of my work is Characteristics of organic farming-benefits and risks of the specific business plan. In the introduction, I speak about characteristics of organic agriculture and organic food. In the other part, I describe the marketing strategies, plans for organic farming and then also about the organic farms in the Vysocina region. Another section focus on the family farm called Ekofarma Deblín. This farm has the production of organic vegetables and fruits. Based on the evaluation of the production I made SWOT analysis. The final section is comparing the specific supply of the organic food in the retail chain and the common available items. In addition, I evaluated the quiz about the knowledge of consumers regarding the organic food
